Having played Zyra 2 times in One For All...
She's super fun and feels good/responsive to play.
In exception of her passive, which was so bad I figured more people have complained about it, and so I googled "rework zyra passive" and lots of threads popped up. And sooo I'm making one too hoping it adds to the snowball.
Her passive doesn't feel right. It could deal 1.000 true damage at the highest, it's boring nonetheless. It's not the damage, it's just its responsiveness and what it does is kinda meh.
Throwing a few top of the head ideas,
**Casting spells on her plants upgrades them. ** _ Things that it could upgrade: durability, range, damage (the last two in small numbers ofc)_ Or add extra effects like Damage Return, Grievous Wounds, Spell Vamp.
- Zyra's autos and spell casts, plus her plants autos, release spores into the air, when a certain density is reached in an AoE a plant spawns automatically -- Spores take x seconds to fall into the ground and y more seconds to disappear completely. (Instead of every 3rd...)
Zyra's auto attacks: 30 spores. Zyra's spells: 70 spores. Plant autos: 20 spores.
She could have a bar displaying how many spores are around her (0/300 spores). Visually it would be a mist, which got denser the more spores it had.
Or just like Zilean, she stores those spores, when she has enought she can click one of her plants to upgrade them.
Or even click her ultimate to increase its range. A small bit that might make a difference
