After looking at my champion pool for Jungle, I realized I had a lack of Ability Power Centric Champions. All I saw were tanks, bruisers, and assassins. Basically everything except AP. So, which AP Junglers seem like good choices? I've heard that Nidalee and Diana use Runeglaive well. Also, I hear that Elise is making a comeback. Thanks for the help.

Elite4Runner1 votesThis is kind of an interesting question because there isn't really an easy way for champions who rely heavily on AP ratios to be as successful in the jungle early game without also relying on other statistics. Keep in mind that the only way for champions to have any amount of AP early game is to have runes/masteries, early-game items (
are the only items that can be bought at start that offer AP, but most junglers will start with 
). The only exceptions are 
, 
, 
, and 
. As mentioned before, Galio and Vladimir rely very heavily on other statistics, MR and HP respectively. Thresh and Veigar rely on getting kills to stack AP, both of which don't add much damage at all early game.
I believe this is why Riot is trying to make the runeglaive enchantment "overpowered". AP champions need to power-farm the jungle in order to reach their power spike so they can be more relevant when it comes to team fighting.
