Sorry, but Annie should either be nerfed to shit due to how stupidly easy she is to play/how unavoidable her damage is, or disabled in ranked. There's nothing fun about playing against a monkey who can 100 to 0 you with no counterplay by pressing all of their buttons.

The difference between those champs and annie is that she actually needs to flash most of the time (if she is playing against smart players) if you are stupid enough to get within her range then expect to die, but are you really going to sit there and complain about annie when you were within her range? It's like complaining about blitz pull lol
Tips on playing against annie: Play someone with range that out ranges her (there is a vast pool of champions out there than can shut her down easily (xerath) Play a zoner like orianna, lux, brand, xerath, ziggs. Orianna being her main counter imo (can zone her for days and has mr from ball) Don't play melee against her unless you are really good at fizz Pay ATTENTION to her stun, don't get close while she has it up and flash up at the same time. MR is your best friend against an annie
Support annie is a whole different story. Any support with that much damage is just wrong

I think the problem is that she has a high burst AoE stun that's not hard to land at all and is instant. The fire cone is a bit harder to hit, and takes correct positioning to land it on multiple targets.

wilsuport4coffee1 votesannie has plenty of counterplay. play ahri. play lux. build a qss? build magic resist. she's open to bullying after her stun is down and she's nonmobile.....literally all you have to do is think about how to play against them instead of whining about a champ on the boards. There's plenty of mages that don't even have to be in annie's range IE: azir, orianna, the two i listed above, ziggs.
