So why is silver the new trash talk tier

Is bronze/wood like forgotten about. I have people copy pasta'ing some pretty fucking cancer things here in gold trash talking people and calling them silver scrubs and stuff. Really hope that the chat system picks up post game chats because people copy pasta some pretty toxic shit in this elo.

I mean it isn't allowed either way I'm just curious as to why people feel the need to call people silver scrubs or tell them to stay silver when we are in gold and they are baby raging over something that is partially their fault and are trying to shift blame. And sometimes they are doing it instead of just playing the game and wasting time.

Or is it that people finally feel like they are good in gold so they feel like bronze players just have no clue how to play the game and silvers are baddies. Even though IMO you don't truly know how to play the game until you reach about Silver 1+. Being good is a different story.

I feel like the second I hit gold there is always 1 just pure rage person just trying to start fights. In silver some people are toxic, but in gold which is the top 20% of players, I'm really surprised how many toxic people somehow manage to not get banned.
