Don't understand why this isn't abused more often. Annie with a bit of CDR has Tibbers up every 60s.

It's an AOE nuke with no channel time. Having a hard time seeing how that is balanced versus other AP champs.

She's an immensely squishy AP mage. Like all mages, they can blow you away quickly, but close the gap and they are as good as dead.

I actually agree that she should have channeling time for tibbers. even syndra has channeling though u cant see it with blue line in the screen. and maybe not consider e to stack stun. it's annoying...

Annie is a close range mage, about flash range. if youre in flash range of her tibbers or Q youre gonna get stunned. If you arent you are totally fine. She suffers from low mobility and her range. A xerath, lux, zed anyone with good poke that can stay away counters her. Not to mention she is squishy and needs at least 3 heavy items to burst down a whole team.
