I found that even with 1.5 k ap as new veigar I cant oneshot squishies

The new ult is very good at killing tanks, but the problem is it isnt enough to kill squishies... as old veigar usually ult alone is enough to oneshot someone, the new veigar ult cant kill anybody, or if it can it will just be overkill.

Q already do over 1K dmg, when a squishy target can be killed by ult it is not much different than just use q on them and save ult for tanks
