I feel like this buff may just have brought back J4

Now he can build damage and nuke people even more. I guess its better than before where he could nuke a single person than sit there and not die for about 15s, but I mean the damage that he can put out now is insane if you just build bruiser with mostly damage. Maybe tone his ratios down a bit so damage J4 is a little bit less overbearing? Not saying he's broken. But if you get ahead the game is over now. Literally most of his kit is high damage AoEs. I mean its an extra 1.6k potential base damage at level 16 (5 man ult). I mean I don't think it's going to push J4 to pick or ban, but it definitely I think it made him strong.

I feel it might bring more power in those Wombo Combo team comps of old where we saw Gnar/Rumble top, Ori/Yasuo Mid, and Sona/Leona Support. Sadly, however, the meta has shifted away from that. Teams are opting out of the late game 5v5 team fight stage now that death timers in the mid game are so punishing. Carry junglers and split-push solo lanes simply force their opponents to take higher risks and simultaneously exploit their enemy's forced mistakes with high burst damage and 1v1 superiority.

I mean they still exist, it's just not as common among lower numbers of players (like duos) anymore.
