How do you hard carry in Silver?

I'm probably going to get blasted for this but here goes. I am in Silver 5 atm, started Silver 3 but been losing a ridiculous amount of games. I'm not going to point fingers at my team for all my loses, but easily 75% of my loses have been because my mid, top or jungler feeds off 4-6 kills within the first 15-20 minutes of a game and makes winning a near impossible task.

I main ADC which with this meta in hindsight should be easy, but peeling is a hard thing to get in Silver and it's even more difficult when there are more 2 or more fed enemies in every match up.

I feel like my lane phase is strong and I can leave lane phase normally with a 10-20 farm advantage and most of a time with a kill to.

Can someone help me try and improve or give some pointers to help get me to gold? Thanks.

I play jungle, but I guess same goes for support, WARD and alert your teammates.

Ping. You see rammus zooming mid? But you are farming krugs and low health? Spam ping on top of your midlaners head. He might still die, but at least he got a great chance.

Ward. A lot. Your team needs to see, they will make better decisions when they have more info. You as jungle can get wards, support can get wards. Even if they are bad, at least they will get caught less.

Farm. Your cs as jungle should be near half the timex10. Your cs as laner should be near the timex10. No gold = no items.

Don't die. I as jungle cannot gank a lane where my lane is dead. You dying denies me the chance to snowball your lane. You dying without enemy jungle influence is the main reason for losses.

Don't die needlessly. You are 120hp, just killed the enemy laner and are still in lane pushing your wave, 2 trinkets in your inventory. Better believe that master yi will come claim his 300G.

Winning your lane/won your lane? GROUP snowball other lanes. Think of lvl100 doombots. They take 1 tower. Then start taking all the others. I ganked you as a Taliyah mid, you push and join me in a dive bot.

Respond to enemy plays. Enemy dives bot. Mid top and jungle can roam to countergank and still win that.

Out-of-position teammates are on their own. Don't ever waste your time trying to save an out of position teammate. You will be an extra 300G and an objective. Warding allows you to make a judgment call on this.

Objectives. You are 3 Mid, enemy mid died, enemy jungle recalled? Don't recall, take the mid tower!

If you main adc, use late game adcs like Tristana, Kog, and vayne

With a quick glance through your match history, your warding is atrocious. It looks like you have never bought a control ward in your life and most games you only put down 5 wards in 25 minutes without changing to farsight alteration at level 9 as you should. This also tells me that you aren't too keen on looking at your map. Just warding and keeping an eye on your map should easily put you in gold.

  1. Stomp lane.

  2. Hopefully rally people to group.

  3. Win the game.

If you can't do number 2

  1. Lose anyway.

Usually it is you, but the secret that a lot of people don't wanna face is that some of it really is luck. My friend was watching King Nidhogg who is a challanger level player smurfing in I think Plat or Diamond, and he was struggling to carry. And it isn't because he's bad. It's because for every person on your team that's bad, that many players on the enemy team is better. For example, if you have one bad player, they have at least one good player because he got fed off your bad player. It can happen in reverse sure, but that's still luck, not skill. You can't carry every game 100% because if you're team doesn't do their jobs you can't. People on Reddit and even my Play 2 friend have smurfed in silver and came to the conclusion "holy shit these kids are willing to 4v5 for cloud dragon when baron is free." Like silver is just a bloodbath. I play games with 10 kills by 9 minutes, meaning more than one person is dying every 60 seconds. You need to improve your own gameplay, so that you have the best possible odds to be the good player to your bad lane opponent. But you also just need to grind. Because there are a lot of players who don't want to improve because they don't want to admit they are bad.

  1. Play a late game adc.
  2. Either beg or duo to get an ardent support.
  3. Don't lose lane.
  4. Win game. That's how I got out.
