Does anyone feel like Twitch is really really strong right now?

I've been dealing with him the past few matches a lot and it just seems like IE gives him a massive powerspike where you can't really play against him, especially post 6. It seems like everytime I fight him, beat him in lane, he comes back with IE post 6 and will just kill me from 3 miles away when I can't react in time due to the massive burst in damage. Hell, even as a jungler he's obnoxious. I wans't doing bad top but he is just a long ranged better Shaco that can consistently gank with me not being able to do much. [zombie-nunu-bummed]

I feel the difficulty in getting him leveled up and geared consistently without feeding kinda justifies his late-game effectiveness.

It seems like he just needs items, even if he's behind in kills e'll still outscale anyone.

Twitch should have that rewarding gameplay though because of how much good positioning and care he has to take into account. As well as literally being guaranteed death when cc'd

Most of the time though: I can't even manage to get to him. As a full tank Leona: Him popping out of invis from 1000 units away and instantly melting all my HP doesn't give me any chance to fight back.
