Why Do People Split Push With No Wards & Don't Listen To Pings?

I'm fine with people split pushing. Its a great way to get pressure in multiple areas of the map, especially if your split pusher has teleport. But why oh why would you split push deep into enemy territory with no wards? Obviously the other team is going to come and gank you so why not protect yourself?

Hell, I'd even be fine with them split pushing without wards as long as they at least listened to pings. If your team is pinging warning or danger and you can't figure out why maybe they saw something you didn't and you should just back off for a second just to be safe. I can't tell you how many times I see a rotation coming and I ping for retreat. Of course my teammates don't listen and wind up giving up a kill or two and then make some comment about how they didn't expect it or see it coming. I saw it coming that's why I was pinging you. We're a freaking team you should trust that if one of your teammates is pinging you its for a good reason.

I think the thing I hate most though are the people who sacrifice their life to take a tower and then say "worth. got tower." No its not worth you idiot because death timers are over 45 seconds and now the enemy team can take baron, dragon or a tower with ease and there is nothing we can do to stop them without risking getting aced. We could have easily pushed that tower later and taken it without giving up a death. Now instead of getting a gold advantage you have yet again put us at a gold disadvantage.

I just don't understand it. Will you people who do this stuff please explain your mentality to me so I can try to understand why you keep losing games for me.

They probably can't hear pings, and are not thinking to push without wards.

Tell them to turn up ping volume.

Because sending 4 people to kill 1 champion is a pussy move and shows that the enemy team is weak individually.

well see you arent using your imagination. It actually MAY be the smartest thing to do. Lets say your team is just much worse than the other team (sounds likely...cause theres no wards)...and the enemy team is fed anyway...and basically if the enemy team DECIDED to, they could jsut brute force push all the way to a dead nexus. This is actually pretty common especially at low elo.

Well if someone is split pushing far into enemy territory, and 4 people go to gank them (which is a mistake, but a common mistake)...this means they are spending time doing something other than win. It stalls the game, theres a chance that people can catch up to the gold with farming etc, especially since they are split up.

The person doing this may be taking a hit for the team because they care mroe about having a chance to win than their kda. So you should respect it.

Naturally of course the behavior you describe may be a bad idea...for example if your team should be winning, this is a chance to throw. But things depend no reason to have this dogmatic idea about what is a mistake.

also 1 death for a tower usually really is worth it. 45 seconds is actually not all that long, and 4 people can probably kill people fighting baron, or at least take a couple mroe towers...you have to think mroe about it.
