HalcyonDweller1 votesI dunno, I think that things should be balanced for both high and low play. If something stomps low play but sucks in high play then it's unbalanced and needs work.
As for Janna she's fairly consistent across all levels of play.

I feel like I'm the odd one out when I play Lux supp; I build her full heal/shield power - 
- into whatever support items feel the most relevant for the game -

I just feel like the midlaner is going to be bursting enough without my ult, and since AP doesn't improve her slow or root effects in any way, while her shield has huge base values with low AP scaling, the utility from the vision and area control with her E and team followups from a Q, I wouldn't be adding much by building damage.

Not trying to be rude or a dick, but there are literally mentally ill people down there and you shouldn't really be stuck in bronze unless you barely play the game.

Brain Errör 4041 votesIf you read what I said, then you'd understand that I wasn't really bashing anyone. I stated why riot won't look at bronze elo in terms of balance options. You listed problem champs in all elo, therefore there really wasn't any need to address the champions themselves. Bronze isn't the only place those champs shine.
