Rexxiee1 votesIts just that for some reason they made her from weak pre 6 to 1 shotting you with 4 shunpos at lvl 2.
They should destroy her early game so you can get ahead in lane vs her pre - 6, so she has to roam to get fed and such (or outplay you), which is why funnily the old kat was more healthy than the new one.
