And yes I play Master Yi, but the difference is he actually NEEDS A TARGET to use his untarget move. And it's on a WAY longer cooldown.

Fizz's E at rank 5 is 6 seconds CD with 40% cooldown reduction (which is his typical build). Master Yi's Q at rank 5 is 14 seconds with 0% cooldown reduction (which is his typical build). But he has over 2 AS a second lategame reducing it to about 7 seconds effectively or less. And this isn't even counting his double strike passive which would reduce it even lower.
It's almost like they're two completely different fucking champions. But hey, let's give Fizz 40% damage reduction and healing from rank 1 because Yi has 50% damage reduction and healing from rank 1. Do you get how fucking nonsensical you sound?

Lol. You realise Master Yi's Q CD is much lower than Fizz' as it goes lower with AA's and kills/assists.
Pommel Knight2 votes6sec with 45% cdr and 10 with no cdr rank 5. Rank 1 it's 16. Yi's q is reduced by aa's, his passive gives double aa.
Vlad doesn't have to target anyone, neither does the new adc, or shaco, zed, ekko etc. If you want you can give fizz similar resets like yi or kha, so we can jump the whole tf if we get kills, we don't mind.
He has a lot of counter-play, you just need to learn it. He has high cdrs and no range, most abusable champion in league during laning phase.
P.S. Fizz e hasn't been 4 sec with 40% cdr max rank for almost 3 years.
