reduce 8 damage total or 16 (8 per tick) ? -
2- True Damage? Does
reduce true damage ?

Blocks 8 damage from basic attacks and single target abilities from champions.
It has done so since Patch 4.20 (though there was a bug with reducing the damae of spells until 5.4).

EndlessSorcerer1 votesTrue damage shouldn't be, but it may have slipped through. It might be worth testing with Olaf's Reckless Swing in a custom game.
