I have no idea why he seems to get a buff every patch. Nor do I know why his win rate tends to be pretty poor overall (as you said, his stats after 125+ games are nothing short of amazing). Are the trolls deflating his win rate or something?

A lot of players in low tier have no idea what he does, or consider him a bad champion to have on a team. Or automatically assume you're a troll.

Yeah he is a terror whenever i see him build full tank and 3hit and perma slow and skarner ult squishies as a support. I dont get why he keeps getting buffs. If its just because they want the pros to play him, then they are probably going to get something like what happened a few months back with ryze. Only this time it will be at worlds and he would have to be disabled.
