@Riot Anything for Karthus yet?
Just wanting to ask if Riot has any plans for Karthus considering that on PBE they're finally giving Vlad some compensation for the Rylai's nerf (adding a 15% slow on the E ), which gives me hope they'll do some of the other champs who relied on it as well.
Personally, I'd like to see the revert to the W nerf since DFT and Rylai's aren't very good options for him anymorw imo. Either that, or at least give it the grounded debuff like Cass has. Something that gives him the ability to punish those who get too close to him in the early game, and still be somewhat useful late game.
