Does OverWolf Facecheck Give an Unfair Advantage?

Overwolf's program Facecheck i know is specifically for stats on players and doesn't really present a real issue, or so I thought. Facecheck reveals a few key bits of information which do in fact affect gameplay in which you can see win-rates and at times even the characters they play or have played. I don't know if this is an issue, but if this program shows the win-rate of a player, doesn't that usually mean your team should be pressuring them more if their win-rate is low so you can win? Does information like this present an issue for the game?

I was playing in blind pick and somehow by "coincidence" I kept encountering counters against the characters I've been playing in several games and wondered if Facecheck is responsible for essentially overriding the functions of blind pick to where the program user can see what the other side has picked just like in draft or ranked?

from what I am seeing, the program does not know of the enemy team until the match starts.

No. They are perfectly fine programs by Riots rules.

I mean you could literally accomplish the same thing by just tabbing out and op.gg the people in question.
