How about nerfing ghost. How about instead of bitching about rylais, you actually take the mobility away from mages again.

Though mages are far from out of control. They are the most touchy lane when it comes to disruption, if you think their lane is getting out of control then force his ability to farm to a state they can't farm.

add squishy higher ap build options so tank mages vs damage mage is actually a valid difference* instead of both offering comparable ap.
