Taric's new ultimate

In the limited amount of information out on him atm, it says that "after a moderate delay, Taric and nearby allies become invulnerable for a few seconds." In the video of it, it shows that allies within a circle slightly smaller than amumu's ult do become invulnerable. But it doesn't look like a stasis effect like Zhonyas, Bard Ult or Liss ult. In fact, in the video, the champs (panth and Leona) continue their idle animations.

So Riot, are allies within the circle able to move around during the duration or maybe even attack?? Or is it another stasis?? I need answers!!!

I'm sure that they can attack, I think it's basically a Kayle ultimate. Is it to strong? Probably, but we would need to see Tarics numbers on the abilities and the duration of the ultimate to really say imo.

It's definitely shorter than Kayle's and Kindred's. It'll be for that LCS predicted moment, and there will be a lot of whiffs.

Shorter? The notes on Surrender @ 20 say 2.5s at rank 1. Kayle's ult only tops that at rank 3.

Ah, I could be wrong then on how the ended up deciding to tune it. It DOES have a cast time however, and that delay can be pretty devastating, unlike the two I mentioned.

They're able to move around. Think Kindred + Kayle, on delay: localized and moves with you.

EDIT: Don't forget W, so it can be duplicated.
