Just going to point out that Skarner counters Kalista.

If Skarner lands a rank 2 E, it will slow kalista enough to catch up to her, even without Chilling smite or your W or your movespeed bonus on your Q.

Skarner's ult can drag kalista into a bad position. This will force her to build QSS early which means no attack speed which means no kiting.

Skarner with Skirmishes / Devourer and Red Buff can EASILY duel a Kalista.
