So Riot when are you going to fix Twitches Stealth and bring it into the modern era?

All Stealth have clue/warnings when they are around.

All but Twitch....

Twitch stealth was modernizes when stealth was divided into two categories, invisible and camouflage.

Twitch was placed in the category of camouflage champions, making him invisible unless he enters the vision range of a red ward, a turret or a champion enters a certain range near twitch's vicinity.

Believe me when I say this was an actual nerf to his q as it was once used to escape an enemy's engage rather effectively. Now he can only escape enemies preemptively with it or use it as a primary engage as he has no escapes, no mobility, and no hard CC.

He is among the oldest champions in the game who received very minor tweaks over the course of league history.

I still remember when his ult was called Ratatatat and his E was called Expunge.

I miss Rat-a-tat-tat. The other major nerf to Q was when the movespeed was gutted to only 10%; even over it's near doubled duration you can't escape someone chasing you especially if they're in detection range. ~30ish MS difference takes hundreds of feet before it makes a sizable gap and even then Arcane Shift or similar spells will close the gap and then some, and kill Twitch.

Evelynn doesn't unless she cast's w. Kha'Zix has no warning but it's shorter range. Shaco also has none.

Shaco actually does have a brief indicator; he releases orange smoke that's visible even in fog of war. Admittedly, small, but more than Twitch/Kha for sure.

Doesn't Twitch do that to?

Lord Malpercio1 votes

No. If he is in Fog of War, there is no way to detect his stealth. His 'indicator' is a small circle around him... That is smaller than his auto-attack range...

What do you mean by that? Giving you the warning or other players?

probably like Pyke W.

They have acknowledged that Morde has a ton of bugs and that we are likely to so another Morde Rework in 2019.

Jennifer4201 votes

sure when did they acknowledge that? in season 5 when he got that bugwork?

Frosted Tips1 votes

Nah it was like 3 months ago.

Jennifer4201 votes

hm interesting. well... they also wanted to reduce damage and snowballing in preseason. they "hotfixed" dark harvest and with plating made snowballing even worse. so i wont believe the morde rework until i see it

It has been updated.

Rengar is the only champion with camouflage that gives you a warning.

Evelynn only gives a warning if she casts W on someone.

Twitch doesn't have anything he can do in camouflage without breaking it.

Camouflage is one of the two types of invisibilities in the game. Camouflage hides targets from champions a certain distance away from them, but the can be seen by Control Wards.

Stealth, the other form of invisibility can not be detected by nearby champion of Control Wards.

Camouflage is long term invisibility.

Stealth is short term invisibility.

Not entirely accurate. Teemo can remain invisible for extended periods of time and often does so to set up outplays.

Frosted Tips1 votes

Shit wow i forgot about that champion. Yes Teemo is an exception because his has other circumstances. Like he can't move unless he is in a brush.

chipndip11 votes

Teemo's isn't camo.

MankeyMadness1 votes

That's the point ain't it? Teemo stealth isn't camo but has infinite duration. Its because he can't travel long distance like camp champs can - Eve is permanent, rengar has a long duration and a 1200 range leap, Twitch has the longest non-permanent stealth duration in the game.

Teemo can't move and brush is small so he still can only go so far barring clever Ivern plays in URF
