You are able to suddenly conjure a janna rework in a month and can't with leblanc.

You basically changed how a champions kit works entirely without any feedback from the playerbase in a course of a month and few weeks, but you have tons of samples, ideas, and opinions from the leblanc userbase for entire months, and can't do anything about it because of how she would wreak LCS and WCS.

Seriously.

Where is Janna getting reworked? All they've done is number changes and changed her passive slightly.

LeBlanc needs larger scope work. She's a walking balance problem at point (much like Azir).
