How about nerfing Ocean to make casters who can't 100 to 0 in a single trade function against it
Super fun when I'm playing a champion who needs to poke down the opponent before a kill or against a high mobility champions that's extremely hard to land skill shots on, and I'm unable to punish them for eating one because they're just going to passively regenerate most of the damage between waves.
This is pretty much game breaking RNG. I would rather just give them a free Infernal Drake than play something like Vel'koz vs. LeBlanc when she has a level 5 Ocean Drake.
