climbing in ranked how?

how am i supposed to go up in rank when i litterly get stuck with the most autistic most cancer boosted player you can probably get?like what am i suppoed to do ? okay i can win my lane get feed but what does it matter if the rest of my team is feeding and being a bunch of fucking autistic retards?
