It is sure Draven with no buff whatsoever for like a year. It's sure not DD that got overbuffed and suddenly got core item on Draven
its not draven ist death dance
Draven was always this strong. Items got cheaper and it became harder to burst him down.
The sheer damage he does on each auto make lifesteal insane on him.
It is not just deaths dance but a cumulative effect. You could throw in phantom dancer as well.
