Why do people play the RANDOM game mode if they're just going to dodge if the get a champ they dont like? Doesn't that defeat the entire purpose? Getting pretty sick of finally getting a champ I want to play just to have someone dodge because I won't trade it to them.
Riot needs to increase the penalty for dodging in ARAM. If people don't want to play random champs, then they shouldn't be playing ARAM

I would rather dodge then stay in a game where I am guaranteed to have 20 minutes or more of not-fun. And I can easily switch from my ARAM acc to my main to Q again.
