So Tank-Fizz is a thing. Again. How many times does that make by now?

I'm not sure how many times Riot tried to tweak his numbers so he can't go tank and still be efficient... but apparently there is no number tweak that can fix the inherent flaws of his core design.

And with the tank update coming up... I mean, we all remember what happened shortly after the juggernaut patch, right? In the shadow of several reworks gone horribly wrong, the age of the "bastard tanks" - as I like to call them - dawned upon us. Tank Akali, Tank Ekko, and even back then, Tank Fizz.

Maybe we should overhaul Fizz before, or at least "Olaf" him into the ground until his rework. Not that I would miss that champion from my games if I am honest here...

It's sure fun when Riot keeps fucking AP Fizz up for the people who enjoy AP Fizz and either trashes or breaks him, makes Tank Fizz a thing which the fucking Fizz players themselves hate, and/or completely changes his play style with an unnecessary rework.

No, I don't main Fizz. Yes, I enjoy (enjoyed?) AP Fizz. Tank Fizz can go burn forever.

So Ap Fizz is a problem when it's strong, and when it's weak tank Fizz becomes a problem.

There is just no solution to this problem than to either nerf both into the gutter effectively removing them from play, or to overhaul the entire champ with a completly new gameplay that is hopefully not as problematic.

AP Fizz was just fine before the rework and tank Fizz was dead before the rework too.

Tank Fizz isn't when AP is weak. It can be, but that's not the main reason. It's because of the W bleed delay-timer mechanic they did. The damage is piss-poor unless you wait at least several seconds, but with how squishy AP Fizz is, it is unlikely you will ever get the chance to get off more than one proc through ult-combo on a carry. Sure, the carry will probably die. But that's all you can do. Once that's done, you have to run back out and are now useless till next time ultimate is up (unless someone is an idiot and decides to wander by themselves).

Tank Fizz just means you don't care and get off as many W procs as you can. Sure, it's a lot lower damage than AP Fizz, but the tankiness near guarantees you will get it off. And this means you can near constantly contribute in a teamfight instead of just once every ultimate.

Fix the W and tank Fizz will die.

He has a 50% winrate top. So it seems fine. Who cares if tan fizz is viable as long as it isn't pushing everyone else out of top lane. It isn't right now.

If it sees consistant LCS play it will probably get changed.

Otherwise it's fine.
