Further corroborating this is the data from Champion.gg. Garen's Plat+ Win Rate is 47.5%, on a mechanically easy champion. Garen's winrate and playrate continue to fall.

Considering the top Garen players in NA are D4/D5, I'd say the champion is in a VERY weak place right now.

Garen's kit is just so limited! Please consider adding a little bit of complexity to his kit, so he has the chance to outplay his opponents!
