Garen's Winrate and Playrate continue to fall

Garen's been the weakest champion in Diamond+ for many patches now.

But now the trend is continuing even in lower brackets.

In Plat+, Garen's Winrate is still falling, below 46.5% for two patches in a row now. His playrate has also fallen below 1.5%, making him among the weakest champions in Plat+.

Even in Bronze Garen only has a 49% Winrate.

Garen's supposed to be a simple champion to play but in reality the limitations of his kit make him very complicated to play since oftentimes juking and flashing are your only outplay mechanics, whereas almost every other champ has some sort of dash or hard CC.

In League, mobility, burst, and early game power are king. Garen has none of these. Please try to address his key weaknesses.
