Can we PLEASE remove the WELCOME TO PRESEASON UPDATE popup?

After every single game I still get a popup that tells me to check out the new runes. I've already set up several rune pages.

Same, doesn't look like they're gonna do anything about it though... Maybe they'll remove it when the Blitzcrank skins get added ;)
