Skill Shots from Stealth

Riot, a few years ago you fixed an issue with Nidalee that was shoving her over the top because her spears used to be invisible if she chucked them at you from Stealth. Then earlier this year, you fixed another issue where when Singed entered brush, his smoke trail went invisible.

What this brings me to is champions like Sion, Camille, and even my beloved Taric who can completely take you unaware because their telegraph and their abilities remain invisible if they use them from Stealth. It's incredibly bad to suddenly be knocked up by a Sion in brush, or stunned by a Taric/Twitch combo. Why is there no consistency in abilities and their relations to stealth? What applies to Nidalee and Singed should apply for everyone. If an ability exits the perimeter of stealth, or originates from a stealthed target, I want to see that ability so I can react to it.

those abilities are being charged instead of currently used, which keeps them out of combat

Nidalee's spear, and Singed's poison trail didn't put them in combat until an enemy was hit by them.

consistency isnt their thingy look at runaans and caitlyn then kennen, now stil works on TF just saying they don't mind those thingies only if ppl complain enough then they'll change it, the only stealth problem is sion i guess that Q deals tons of dmg and is just dumb range in toplane :)
