Wait so, what do these placements actually do?
Are these placement games going to determine what I get placed at, in the start of season 7? Or should I not take these placement games seriously?

llpotbrowniell1 votesTake them as serious as you would regular placement games, Riot said they will affect your placements next season.
awdaf1 votesBut are they for Solo/Duo rank? I'm not playing Flex next season lol
llpotbrowniell1 votesThey're both independent, if you want to only rank in Solo/Duo then they will only take your Solo/Duo stats, same goes for Flex. Not a fan of the Flex Q? But in other words yes, they are for Solo/Duo rank. Idk exactly how much weight your pre-season rank will carry but I'd take it seriously, don't play ranked for a bit tho imo wait until the new shit settles.
