It is not Riot's fault that you get matched with these people. If you think you can code a system to accurately predicts who is going to be AFK in the next game and refuses to match them until they won't, feel free. Until then, you're just making yourself look worse.

It sucks. No one enjoys it. We all wish there was something different. Yet it's like whatever champion is FotM that's broken as fuck - We, as players, can't do anything about it but do our best to work around it. Complaining on the forums isn't going to get them nerfed faster. Just like complaining on the forums isn't going to give you a free ticket to plat.
