Kudos to Riot on Balances :D
I'm actually very pleased with Riot for the patches they've put out in Season 5 so far. When it comes to the jungle, people have complained that the new smites (such as skrimisher's and stalker's) have been nerfed to the ground. Yet, when in a lane, it's nice to be able to farm, poke, trade, etc. without having to worry about a jungler walking up and instantly killing or slowing me just by using smite. I'm not sure why everyone is so upset, these smites never existed in Season 4 and people were just fine with ganks, it seems like people rely on these too much now. When it comes to the gold/experience/difficulty of the jungle now, all you have to do is NOT do both buffs on the first run through jungle as certain champions. Yes, it takes longer, but those champions often times have stronger ganking potential or are fun to play, so it's ok to put up with it. For experience, just last hit minions when one of your laners is backed, and ask them first to make sure they won't rage at you. When it comes to "dragon being too easy to kill early and too rewarding" it's easy to ward and be wary of where the enemy jungler is.
For champions such as Veigar, yes, his stun is harder to hit, but not impossible. I've played in plenty of matches with a friend of mine where he is Veigar mid (the new one) and not once have i seen him miss his stun. He just learned how to place it so the enemy is still caught in it. Veigar farms his AP over twice as fast if you know how to use it to get 2 minions in one use, and with the lowered cd. Yeah the ult has a lower AP ratio but because of the faster farmed AP you do about the same damage as you would time-wise throughout the game. The biggest thing is the range increase for Veigar adding plenty of safety to him, and lowered mana costs so he can use skills more often without depleting resources as fast.
Other changes have been bad, others have been good. That's why they are called buffs and nerfs. No champion is UP or OP, all it is, is the current meta. Things change with time, some champions will come back, some will go away. And even champions like Lee Sin, Jarvan, Katarina, Ahri, Riven, they are not OP. Lee Sin falls off late game and even then all you need to do is avoid Q, get a bit tanky, or use CC and peels to beat him in a fight. Champions life Urgot, Olaf, Kassadin, and Poppy aren't UP, just know how to play with them in a game and you can win. Think of this. Lee is played a lot, so people know how to play with him, right? That's why in fights his teammates will work with him to get kills and get him fed, so he snowballs, then he SEEMS OP. But when do you see people play Urgot? Rarely. So barely anyone knows how to play with or against him. That's why it is harder to win with him. But I personally know an ADC main who can play Urgot phenomonally, and me, being a support, will often play Thresh with him. Why? When I hook, it makes landing his skills far easier, and when we're pushed to tower, he can ult the enemy ADC, I throw a lantern to where Urgot will be to pull him back to safety, then I hook the enemy ADC the moment they appear under tower. Easy kill, easy lane.
TLDR: With all of the complaining done on the Boards, rarely anyone takes a moment to look at the good points of what is there. But when you look, things are very well balanced and can work out really well if, and only IF, you slightly change your play style as the game itself changes. Sticking to old methods and ideas don't work when everything else around you changes, please realize that, and stop giving Riot a hard time when they are doing a great job. Thank you to the people of Riot for doing your work so well and putting up with the anger constantly found on the boards.
