is it just me or is zombie ward kindof bullshit?

i thought youd have to take down a ward yourself to replace it with a zombie ward, but no.

the enemy just needs to be kindof around when your ward times out to gain one.

I take it all the time as a secondary tree, along with the one that reduces active item cooldowns, which includes trinkets. I've never felt so safe up in top lane.

It definitely wasn't advertised as letting your own wards turn into zombie wards, so it seemed like it would only be good for people who do a lot of sweeping, but as it is pretty much anyone who sticks with a yellow trinket all game is a great candidate for it.

No, but it is a very powerful rune. Using Zombie Ward as support with Ingenious hunter means I can effectively avoid building sightstone WHILE also getting a higher vision score than the enemy. Of course sometimes it depends, maybe the enemy checks every single brush constantly but it's like having a sneaky blue trinket.

You still should build sightstone though. Once sightstone is built you switch to a sweeper, which now has a lower cooldown for more sweeping, so you get to spam the crap out of zombie wards.

i just find it kindof weird that its enough for someone with the rune to be around the area when an enemy ward times out.

yea, that makes it really powerful as it can generate a lot of vision.

I'm not sure. I think it's at least if they got an assist in taking down the word like hitting it, activating sweeper, or using the plant. I haven't tested though. Probably a bug otherwise.

nah, ive planted my wards in places im sure my lane opponent didnt check.

like the bush behind the blue side top lane turret when i was pushed to my own turret. no one came and cleared it, but it generated a zombie ward when it timed out.
