Luciano nerfs on PBE
Why is it riot can't leave champions alone when they have been nerfed enough? Lucian is currently not the best ADC. Corki is. And every time the opportunity is there pro players will pick Corki over Lucian. They've even started picking Sivir over lucian occasionally. Vayne is stronger in a lot of team comps, Kog'maw probably too. So why on earth are Rito nerfing him further now o.O I mean it's not like he's massacring solo queue super hard either, with mediocre stats both on high elo adc mains (Piglet f.ex has had consistently higher win rates on Corki and Vayne then on Lucian over the last couple of weeks. Wildturtle, despite has started playing a lot less lucian recently etc.), and in general. So why nerf him? has Rito just decided that Lucian = Kha'six, and should be nerfed every patch even when there's no apparent reason for it?
