Final nail in the coffin for shyvana (w nerf)???

So shyvana is receiving a nerf to her w. It no longer deals bonus damage to misters. This is a problem since I've played shyvana for a long time and now the 150k mastery points down the drain. That's a huge hit because she needs to be able to clear fast because she needs alot of farm. This doesn't effect her dueling power but she needs alot of early farm to be good. This isn't the first time this has come up. Remember when sated devour was causing a ruckus in solo queue with udyr, yi, and shyvana. They originally thought of that with shyvana. It's like they reworked shyvana so she can be good and now they don't want her to be good. The change to her w was good because the dragon form upgrade had no place on anyone because it's not a run simulator like singed. I understand that she's really good in low elo but I don't se her too much. I do know that the Koreans use her alot but I don't see her snowballing too much. How will this effect shyvana.
