Does fiora W block nocturne e?
I havent ever played fiora, someone on this game kept saying she was blocking my fear. Apparently if she W's right before my fear actually terrifies her, it wouldnt terrify her.

Toastey2 votesIf she times it properly, it blocks absolutely everything in the game. All CC, all forms of damage (true included)---EVERYTHING---with the stipulation that she only has 0.75s window to do it and a long cooldown afterwards.

If you pop W before the tether the W will pop on the tether
this is just a guess i have no fucking clue how new fiora works
YUSS1 votesIf your entire team decides to blow their cds on her in a gank and she does that W. She will avoid all your damage and if there was a stun inside of the burst she will stun all 5 of you if you are all lined up inside of her counter attack.
