Where they seem easy to understand in the first few sections, then the last few sections are full of legalese that 98% of the population doesn't understand. It seems you have to be a lawyer yourself to fully comprehend this document. I guess the lawyers who wrote this felt good using massive words.

What the ToS cover is everything you can and cannot do privately, publicly and lawfully. Anything that is written as if it is written out of the Jura study itself is most likely lawful concerns. Basically, it just means dont do anything illegal.

Gives No Lux1 votesMost of the time the lawyers just throw crap at it in case something comes up and they need to see what sticks. Some of it is legit but a good portion isn't even legally enforceable but they're probably getting paid by the word anyways.
