@ Meddler, Any progress on improving Lissandra's passive?

I remember a while back a Rioter had mentioned that her passive is basically just giving her mana and ideally she would just be given proper mana costs so that the passive wasn't needed at all. Since I haven't seen a Lissandra in my games in about a year, I was wondering if this was still being looked at as a slight buff/quality of life sometime soon.
