Fizz top counters or tips?
So I am getting into top lane but I keep on struggling with beating fizz top. What are some good champs against him? And if I am kled, how should I play against him since he is going to be my main?

Oh, Fizz top. One of my favorite champs to play top with!
Fizz is weak early on, and reliant heavily on farming so you want to beat on him every chance you get. When his seastone trident is ready to be popped, E away as Kled and wait to engage. After level 6 keep your distance because he can hit you with the shark super fast and combo you down, but as Kled you have one major safety feature: Skaarl. Skaarl has to be dismounted before your health as Kled gets taken out, so use that to your advantage.
If you are dismounted, recall. You can't really do much to Fizz that way and he'll literally turn you into shark food if you try.
Best champs vs assassins, in general, are tanks. Rammus, Galio, Malphite, Dr. Mundo, etc - they will all be able to handle Fizz relatively well but be careful, if you don't know how to play them he will kill you. Always practice in bots first, never PVP!
Any Tank/Juggernaut that he can't burst should fare decently well. Don't forget to ss when he tries to roam, farm, be patient, and pown his team in late game because they have no frontline.
Specifically as Kled, I don't really know. I'd say take TP and try to not stay in lane whitout Skaarl post-level 6: you are slower so you can't avoid Fizz R easily and if you don't have Skaarl it means you're already low on life, so it's super dangerous. Buy an hexdrinker early, or maybe a tiamat into full Spirit Visage.
