Teemo remake?

I think everyone can agree that teemo is a toxic champ. He is just a little annoying guy (I even like him) that is comparable to Satan. He either is a counter and just destroys an enemy through his hit and run tactics, or he gets counters and ultimately is destroyed and becomes useless
