On patch 4.19 with the updated summoners rift he couldn't solo because it had higher attack speed, now he can't block its attacks anymore because of his early cheese.
Why not just increase the attack peed again?
KMannnnn13 votesIf memory serves, they're recoding dragon's attack to go through blocks like panth passive and fiora's (W?). Either that or they're nerfing the champs, but they are fixing it for next patch.

Anomander2 votesDid you know prior to 4.20 you could solo Dragon at lvl 2 on Nami, Lulu, and any ranged champion by doing soft resets. It just took 5 mins and hurt you more then it helped.

DropFill1 votesBecause have you EVER seen riot reverting their changes? The answer is pretty much no. They never realize they made a mistake, and instead of reverting something, they create something new to balance.
windwolf7771 votesI think the only thing that I can think of would be when they gave 
free dashes and then in the next patch made is scale to 0 instead of being free from the start. Unless you mean something like "going from A to B and then going back to A" instead of my example being sort of "A to B to C" (if that makes sense)
