true ... but if you are facing cc and slows then it helps and typically you build mercs on tanky immobile champs that are subjected to cc and kiting

They can't put anymore on mercs tho, as they are common buy on certain assassins.

They did have more on mercs. It was 35% at one point and it STILL was not great because of the prevalence of knockups.

I still do not understand why knock-ups do not fall under tenacity. item 3111 still feel like garbage sometimes in games, but as a Nasus main I can't justify not buying the most expensive boot in the game. I buy tabi sometimes but almost every instance is "all their CC is knock ups" and "all AD auto attack team".

Tenacity is not doing its job I think, but with the rylais changes coming it maybe it won't be as bad.

I was gonna be like "of the past X released champions Y had a knockup" then i realized there was about one strong knockup ability every 4 or so champions.

The point is less the ninja tabi per se and more that the OP perceives buying Merc Treads as useless because it doesn't deal with the CC that appears in their games, so they buy tabi (the other defensive option) instead.

item 3047 is the best offensive option since item 3111 is shit item 3009 is worse item 3117 isn't as good anymore and item 3020 item 3006 item 3158 are offensive options.
