You can’t trade with that. And sure you can sit it wait til he doesn’t have that lined up, but you’re gonna he zoned for over 70% of your time in lane.

What support are you using and what are they doing at this time? A good Leaon should be stepping on his overdramatic throat.
DuskDaUmbreon1 votesPretty sure a lot of how you handle him is slightly longer-ranged poke (Along the lines of Miss Fortune, who can most likely burst him well before he bursts her), just having higher damage (Cough Draven at any items), or through your support (Leona can just lock him down, Ali can fuck him up, Brand will make him wish he was dead).
Jhin has weaknesses, although they're a bit harder to exploit right now because of Stormrazor. Most botlane comps do have a way to fight him, though (either through better poke, higher damage, simply scaling, or their support).
