Seriously. It's a trap item. No actual use for it. The stats and active is horrible. If I made troll Youtube videos and I wanted to play a troll games in bronze where people probably think this is a good item then yes I would pick this item. Such a handicap. Please make this item better for the love of god.

Yeah, i mean its not like non-mobile tanks like sion, alistair, maokai, and nautlius can benefit from something that shuts down the tower.
The problem is its just not good enough. Give it 500 HP, 80AP, and CDR though? for 2800g id buy it.
