idea for Galio Ult when interrupted from within ult (similar to Fiora riposte)
When gallio ults someone like
if their q interrupts him, he can riposte the cc either to all (in form of 1 second stun or so) (without bonus damage) or to just the person that stunned them.
If single target it would also apply damage to that target who interrupted him whilst inside his ult. this could scale like fiora's riposte:
MAGIC DAMAGE: 90 / 130 / 170 / 210 / 250 (+ 80% AP).
to be clear someone stunning him while standing outside ult cannot be riposted
