What I've seen is people complaining that Sej barely had a week of play before her nerfs were brought in, while other champions are allowed to be a popular, safe, good pick for years.
And in reality, Riot should have known Sej would have gotten strong, and lined up these nerfs with the launch of the new jungle item.

She was strong ever since they did those changes to all of her shit and maybe before then, I just know that I made like 3-4 threads about how they should just preemptively nerf her since she was gonna be broken as hell this patch.
