Did the mini rework even do anything for udyr?

His win rate plummeted again and he's back in the gutter.

His mana costs are far more unforgiving in the early game. You used to be able to max a particular stance and spam it at a low cost, but now you're always paying full mana cost no matter how much its maxed out.

Turtle stance no longer has a scaling heal, so only the shield scales with points.

tiger got better I guess?

it's actually fairly strong once you figure him out (i ran full AS reds and quints on PBE and it felt good) but i think the starting mana costs need to be lowered by 5

Turtle is a huge buff.

I mentioned the shittiness of the mana situation a while ago and got flamed. I just played my first game with him since the rework and confirmed how shitty the mana situation is. He goes oom clearing 2 camps after his first clear.

EDIT: I dont understand how every single other ability spam champion either has a fair mana situation or has no ability resource (Riven) or runs off energy (Lee) yet they're still trying to tie Udyr to mana. Its an antiquated mechanic on a champion it doesn't fit.

I would assume even though it was a buff people that have never played him started to spam him and are losing, and people are maxing the wrong skills for the wrong team comps. He has a lot of build paths, but is kind of bad in team fights so its hard to make use of him when people dont know how to play with/as him.
