I have seen enough about Banshee's Veil

Literally every midlaner is rushing this item. We have all witnessed what Malzahar's passive did to midlane. So next step was to give Banshee's Veil a 40s spell shield, 70 AP and MR so every AP midlaner could have it without facing any tradeoff to make sure there is no counterplay to champs like Leblanc (with already not much counterplay) Kassadin, Ahri etc and you rendering every champ relying on 1 spell to engage like useless.

Remove this item.

Well, tese champs don't become useless, just less effective against any midlaner that builds a Banshee.

First only AP champs will build it, and there are tons of AD midlaners.

The probably won't rush it if their opponent is AD.

The bubble is on a 40 sec cooldown and minion waves are on a 30 sec cycle. So if you pop their bubble first, they won't be able to follow the next wave so aggressively.

Even if they build it, they still have four allies that can be initiated upon.

Meanwhile adc and other AD champs can't build it anymore so they've become more vulnerable against strong initiates.
